The goal of John Day Homes is to deliver to you a quality home filled with the features you will find most pleasing and comfortable to your lifestyle and to maintain customer care at a high level of excellence and efficiency.

We appreciate any comments and suggestions you can give us to help improve our efforts to achieve this goal of continuing to provide our clients with a truly fine home. We appreciate your choice of a John Day home and wish you many happy memories.

Throughout the building process, your new home has gone through a series of strict building code inspections as well as John Day Homes quality control inspections to ensure that it will be a fine, quality constructed product. The home is built to industry standards including local and national codes as well as John Day Homes standards from the foundation to the finished product. However, as you become settled in and more familiar with your home, you may notice some items that may need repair or adjustment. To request Service from John Day Homes please follow these simple steps;

    1. Please review your warranty document before listing an item on a Service Request Form to confirm that the item isn't a Home Owner Maintenance Requirement.

    2. Completely fill out the simple form below and click send. Your request will automatically be sent to us via email and we will acknowledge it and place your request into our que.

    3. Covered warranty items will be addressed and we will issue service orders to appropriate subcontractors who will be contacted and will in turn contact you to schedule a time to make any necessary repairs.

    4. For EMERGENCIES, click here.

We ask that Service Request Forms be sent any time a defect is discovered during your first year of occupancy.

Any warranty problems concerning appliance must handled by calling the service department of the appliance manufacturer's service center directly. In the case of malfunction, you should refer to the manufacturer's instruction book before contacting anyone.
